This presentation celebrates five extraordinary women who used art to survive—and even thrive—during times of war, censorship, and political unrest. From queens to sculptors, photographers to installation artists, each one turned creative vision into resilience.

The Who Is She? series began in 2023 with monthly, limited-edition zines and has now grown into quarterly presentations honoring the birthdays or milestones of powerful but often-forgotten artists and patrons.

This talk is packed with storytelling, illustrations, and a little dessert on the side.
