Muddy Cup Coffee House in Poughkeepsie on Main Street.
The BAU is a group of artists who are using their energy to promote
art events along the Hudson River. One cup of coffee can go a long
way towards keeping the Hudson Valley an art friendly place- so
go have one!

in a plein Air painting workshop. Then on the weekend

Kids ages 9-11
Brainstorm ideas for unique birdhouse design
and paint, decoupage and glue your ideas into a reality. Afterwards
we will continue to explore color, line and design by creating your
own wooden storage box. Time will be taken to look at bird habitats,
discuss uses and the potiential of a container that both defines
and disguises its contents.
This workshop will emphasisze color choices,
brushwork, observation, humor, reflection & fun.
Workshop for kids ages 10-15 : Painting your
journal-4 days, 9-12:30 April
10-13 Start a "journey" with large pieces of paper
and juicy colored paint and your imaginations. Explore line,
color,
shapes. paint what you feel and what you see. then we will
cut, fold and
bind the paintings into bookform to create unique sculptural

February 5, 2006 Tilly is offering a Victorian Valentine
Workshop from 10am -1pm. For $60 participants
will silk-screen in mass production and then hand embellish their
unique designs.

Off to Spain....June 2005. I am
escaping to Barcelona, Spain to paint.
I've worked it all out through the School of Visual Arts to have a
studio there this June and I've already paid for most of the trip.
Because I need to sell some more paintings to pay for the rest, I'd

"Celebration in murals" Created (6)
4'x7' murals in collaboration with Anne Linden and my students at the
Kildonan school. The murals depict historic buildings, such as the
old train station, Bordens Milk canning factory and one room schoolhouse.
They were created with the help of individual sponsors in honor Amenia's
300th anniversary. (See pictures below!)
